Microtech Knives proudly and confidently extends a Lifetime Warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. We expect you to use the knife. We made it with that in mind.
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. This doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but rather the lifetime of the components and materials. All materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how old it is.

KNIFE CARE & MAINTENANCE
In many cases, damages and repairs can be avoided with proper and periodic knife care. Please reference the Maintenance & Education page for more information on how you can keep your knife in optimal working order, often without the need for Warranty and Repair submission.
Occasionally we receive counterfeit knives for warranty repairs. We do not repair or service counterfeit knives. If received, these knives will be destroyed and we will refund any return shipping fees associated with the RA in this situation. Please consult the Counterfeit Prevention page for more information regarding our policy towards counterfeit knives and counterfeit prevention practices.
